I love my turquoise work boots, I get lots of complements on them..I walk on hot asphalt all day, it’s tough on my treads, let me know if you have a heat resistant sole.. Love this company

I bought these boots in April 2023, you can see my previous 5 star review.
It has barely been a year and these boots do not hold up in a theatre setting. I am a fit-up carpenter so I am on my feet all day, doing lots of different stuff, kneeling, crawling, etc and lots of wear and tear has been added to these boots. I have even managed to scrape off the leather toe a bit from kneeling and it happened pretty early on.
My main beef with them is that the sole is FOAM and that absolutely wears out immediately. The bottom of my boots are almost flat in some places and it’s EXTREMELY hazardous when there is sawdust or rain. So slippery I have almost fallen many times.
Also, they really do need an insole. Very painful boots for me long term if there are no insoles.
I will never again buy a foam sole.
And I expect I will have to buy new boots pretty immediately.
These boots would be good if you need to use them a few times per year, but less than a year of full use and they are pretty wrecked. They do not stand the test of time. Would not recommend but YES THEY LOOK GREAT and have gotten many compliments. I have the teal ones.
Not worth the price for the materials, quality and longevity.
