Please note that this policy applies to products purchased on pilotetfilles.com or pfworkwear.com If you purchase your products from a retailer, we invite you to contact them directly, as policies differ from store to store.

Warranty/Manufacturing defect

We've set up an automated process that allows you to create your warranty return label and order the replacement product easily.

It's important that you give us a description of the problem you're experiencing, attach one or more supporting photos and give us your order number to speed up the processing of your request.

Pilote & Filles/P&F Workwear will be responsible for all delivery charges incurred. If a submitted defect is confirmed by customer service during the warranty period, we can offer you an exchange, repair service, or new replacement components.

As soon as we receive your return, we will send you the replacement product free of charge within 3 working days of receipt.

Any product with a manufacturing defect may be returned for exchange free of charge within the warranty period.
