Any product showing a quality problem can be returned for refund or exchange; to do so, you must contact the customer service within 14 days after the reception of the good (s). In such case, Pilote & Filles will be responsible for all shipping expenses.
Products without any quality problem can be returned for refund or exchange*; to do so, you must contact the customer service by creating a ticket within 14 days after the reception of the good (s). For other reason, (want to change the color or model), you will be responsible for all shipping expenses.
Used items cannot be returned or exchanged. Items must be returned as brand new, in their original packaging, along with all related hang-tags and documentation.
If you ordered the wrong size...
However, if the boots of the shoes you ordered need to be replaced, this is not a problem.

- Tell us your order number
- Tell us which are new size you want
- We will supply you return documentation
- No fee will be charged for the exchange in Canada & USA
- As soon we receive and inspect your return, we will send you the new size.
During the warranty period of your item, P&F Workwear covers manufacturing and fabric defects. So, if damages are found on a product by our customer service within the warranty period, we will try to repair, exchange, or send you spare parts.
* Please note that underwears and socks are excluded from this policy and won’t be refunded or exchanged.
