Return and Exchange Policy

Kindly note that this policy is applicable for products that have been purchased on pfworkwear.com. If you purchase your products from a retailer, we invite you to contact them directly, as policies differ from one store to another.

 

Wrong size

If the product you ordered is the wrong size, you may return it to us for an exchange at no charge, within 30 days of purchase**.

For Canadian & US customers:

If the product you ordered is the incorrect size, you must return it to us for a free exchange within 30 days of purchase.

Items must be returned in new condition, in their original packaging, and accompanied by their labels and documentation. Any item that has been used cannot be returned or exchanged.

Have you changed your mind?

If you've changed your mind or the product isn't what you expected, we've set up an automated process that allows you to easily create your return label to get your refund. Please note that for returns without an exchange, there is a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase value to cover shipping and handling fees.

Items must be returned in new condition, in their original packaging, and accompanied by their tags and documentation. Any item that has been used cannot be returned or exchanged.

* Please note that underwear and socks are excluded from this policy and will not be refunded or exchanged.

Warranty/Manufacturing defect

We have implemented an automated process that allows you to easily create your return label for warranty purposes and order a replacement product.

To initiate a warranty return or exchange, enter your order number and the email used for your order through the button below and select the "Warranty" option.

It is important to provide a description of the issue encountered, attach one or more supporting photos, and include your order number to expedite the handling of your request.

P&F Workwear will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred. If a defect reported is confirmed by customer service during the warranty period, we may offer you an exchange, repair service, or new replacement items.

As soon as we receive your return, we will send the replacement product at no cost within 3 business days of receipt.

* Please note that underwear and socks are excluded from this policy and will not be refunded or exchanged.

Here is the warranty period specific to each product category:

  • 90 days for boots, booties, and shoes;
  • 30 days for workwear;
  • 30 days for accessories;

Any product with a manufacturing defect may be returned for an exchange at no charge if you are within the warranty period.
