Return and Exchange Policy

Kindly note that this policy is applicable for products that have been purchased on pfworkwear.com. If you purchase your products from a retailer, we invite you to contact them directly, as policies differ from one store to another.

 

Wrong size? - No worries, we'll exchange them for you.

If the product you ordered is the wrong size, you may return it to us for an exchange at no charge, within 30 days of purchase**.

For Canadian customer:

Simply click on the link button below, enter your order number and the shipping address postal code (with a space, ex: J3G 0T9)  used when you placed your order. A return label will be generated automatically. And you can return products for exchange.

For US or international customer:

Simply contact our customer service by filling out the ticket form below.

As soon as we receive your return at our warehouse, the replacement product will be shipped to you free of charge.

**Please be advised that any item that has been used cannot be returned or exchanged. Items must be returned in new condition, in their original packaging and accompanied by their labels and documentation. No refund will be given unless the desired size or model is no longer available.

P&F Workwear reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange for any product that has been used or damaged.

* Please note that underwear and stockings are excluded from this policy and will not be refunded or exchanged.

Warranty/Manufacturing defect

Warranty period specific to each product category

Any product with a manufacturing defect can be returned for exchange at no charge if you are within the warranty period.

- 90 days for boots, ankle boots and shoes;

- 30 days for work clothing;

- 30 days for accessories;

Simply contact our customer service by filling out the ticket form below.

It is important to give us a description of the problem encountered and to attach one or more photos to support your request and to indicate your order number in order to speed up the processing of your request.

P&F Workwear will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred. If a submitted defect is confirmed by customer service during the warranty period, we may offer you an exchange, repair service, or new replacement parts.

As soon as we receive your return, we will send you the replacement product free of charge within 3 business days of receipt.

* Please note that underwear and stockings are excluded from this policy and will not be refunded or exchanged. (I don't know if this applies to the warranty).

Have you changed your mind?

If you have changed your mind or the product is not what you thought it was, you can return it to us for an exchange** or refund**.

To contact customer service by filling out the ticket form below within 14 days from the date of receipt of the item.

Please note that in this case, you will need to arrange for the return of the product at your own expense. We recommend that you use a delivery service with tracking, as P&F Workwear will not be held liable if the products are lost.
