CSA - ESR

Meets or exceeds CSA Z195 Class 1 standard.

SAFETY FEATURES: Green triangle indicating the presence of a puncture-resistant midsole paired with a protective toe cap (Class 1) capable of withstanding an impact of 125 J* (comparable to a 22.7 kg (50 lbs) weight dropped from a height of 0.6 m).

The puncture-resistant midsole is designed to withstand a force of at least 1200 N (270 lbs) and resist cracking after enduring 1.5 million flexions.

RECOMMENDED USE: For all tasks where nails and sharp objects pose a certain danger, particularly in the construction field.

Shock-resistant sole (dielectric or ESR)

SAFETY FEATURES: White rectangle adorned with the Greek letter Omega, signifying that the construction provides resistance to electric shocks (18,000 volts with a leakage current not exceeding 1 mA).

RECOMMENDED USE: For tasks where there is a risk of experiencing electric shocks.

CAUTION: Resistance to electric shocks decreases over time and in wet environments.
